Valley Pet Door

Warranty

At Valley Pet Door, we provide custom through-the-glass pet door units backed by manufacturer warranties. Warranty coverage depends on the products selected and the manufacturer providing the unit.

Our goal is to make sure you understand what is covered and help guide you through the warranty process if an issue occurs.

Valley Pet Door does not perform installation or repair services, but we do assist with coordinating manufacturer warranty support when needed.

Through-the-Glass Pet Door Unit Warranty

Your custom through-the-glass pet door unit includes coverage against defects in materials and workmanship from the applicable manufacturer.

Warranty coverage may apply to components such as the insulated glass panel and vinyl frame, depending on the manufacturer and product selected.

Warranty coverage does not include:

  • Accidental damage
  • Glass breakage
  • Damage caused by pets
  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect
  • Improper maintenance
  • Unauthorized modifications
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Installation, removal, reinstallation, labor, or service costs

Warranty terms and coverage vary by manufacturer.

Endura Flap® Limited Lifetime Warranty

The Endura Flap® included in your pet door unit is backed by the manufacturer’s Limited Lifetime Warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

Warranty Support

If you believe your Endura Flap® is defective, please contact Valley Pet Door first.

We’ll confirm the issue and coordinate the replacement with the manufacturer if it’s covered under warranty.

New Sliding Glass Door Warranty

If your project includes a new sliding glass door with a built-in pet door unit, the sliding glass door warranty is provided separately by the door manufacturer.

Warranty coverage varies based on the door manufacturer, product, and components selected.

Manufacturer warranties typically cover defects in materials and workmanship and do not include labor, installation, removal, or service costs unless specifically stated by the manufacturer.
