We’ll ask a few questions about your dog and your sliding glass door to make sure our pet door unit is the right fit. Don’t worry — we’ll walk you through everything.
Once we have the details we need, your glass is measured and your custom pet door unit is ordered.
While your pet door unit is being built, we’ll keep you informed with weekly updates and let you know when it ships to the glass shop.
Once the glass shop receives your pet door unit, they’ll contact you to schedule the installation.
After your new pet door unit is installed, we’ll check in to make sure everything is going well and answer any questions.
Your new pet door is an investment, and we want you to feel confident long after it’s installed. So our relationship doesn’t end there — whether you have a question, need help, or just want to check in, we’re always just a phone call, text, or email away.
